Ruth Carey RD, LD, has joined NuVim, Inc., Paramus, NJ, to broaden its consumer base and act as a liaison with the dietetic community. In addition, Richard Wright, former CEO of Microfield, who has been working with NuVim during the last several months, has agreed to introduce NuVim’s shelf stable products to west coast school systems and export sales.
